Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a simple return process within 90 days of receiving your order.

You have 90 days to return your order to us. The return period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

Return Conditions

To process your return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original, unused condition
The original packaging must be included and undamaged
All tags and seals must still be attached

How to Return an Item

Contact us via email at info@deep-hour.de with your order number and the reason for the return
You will receive a return confirmation and a prepaid return label from us
Securely package the item and, if possible, include the delivery note
Send the package back using the provided return label

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are free of charge — we cover the shipping costs within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing usually takes 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item
The full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded
Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@deephour.net. If possible, include photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible. In this case, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive your desired item.
